The service
fastpdfnow offers free PDF tools that run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your documents are yours
You keep all rights to the files you process. Because they never leave your device, we have no access to them. You are responsible for having the right to use and modify the documents you process.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to produce forged documents, infringe others' rights, or attack the service (scraping, abusive automation, attempts to break the site).
Signatures and watermarks
The sign tool adds a visual signature image; it does not create a certificate-based digital signature. Whether a given institution accepts it is their decision. Watermarks are a deterrent, not a technical lock.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we are not liable for data loss, missed deadlines or damages resulting from their use. Always keep your original file.
Advertising
The site shows third-party ads. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
The fastpdfnow name, logo, texts and design belong to us. The underlying open-source libraries belong to their authors under their licenses.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when.
